After submitting an online request late last night (outside business hours), we were stoked to get a callback first thing this morning for an appointment just an hour later. Other companies either hadn’t responded or quoted a 3–4 week wait just for a consultation. They’re accommodating, they come when they say, they advise you who's going to come to your service, and send you a photo, which is good for people who may live alone or not. First off, thank you Chris for helping my grandpa and having a good fair price. We really appreciate your help!
Secondly, Joe was extremely professional for the entire visit. He called when he was about a half hour away so we'd be ready. As a no shoe inside household, he was great. We had bootie covers to put on his shoes. He took them off prior to going outside and putting them back on once inside. As our house is from the 70s, full and of carpet, that really means a lot!
We ended up having some problems after the last big storm. Joe's years of experience really showed. He was able to find the problems pretty damn quickly, considering the multiple issues. He fixed our main problem the same day! Joe's helpful at explaining what's going on in layman's terms, he's sociable and did a hell of a good job.
Any future service calls we would love to have Joe back! Thank you for your help!
