I had Eco Electric come out twice. The first time was a great experience and no issues. The second time they told me there was absolutely no issue with an outlet/wiring but recommended that I change a breaker ($350 total for the visit) to confirm that the problem was the device (and not electrical). Unfortunately, I have since confirmed that the device is not the issue and that there is indeed an electrical problem.
I kindly requested that the company come out and try to deduce exactly what the problem is (since they missed something), and they said they would need to charge me for this additional call. I am disappointed that they refused to warranty/guarantee their work and wanted to charge me for figuring out what they had missed.
I've since contacted another company. Because my first experience with them was good, and my second experience (described above) was very, very disappointing, I averaged it out to an overall 3 rating. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Yelp helped me find ECO Electric by using what I think is a new feature to find a company 🤷🏼♀️ or I just realized it was there. Either way, Eco Electric was great from start to finish. I only needed a dead switch replaced, so they were able to provide a quote over the phone. Their rates are very compatible with other companies. They are very quick to respond as well! The service took less than 15 minutes, so the technician, Jonas, asked if there was anything else that needed to be checked in my house. I thought that went above and beyond! If and when I need electrical work again, I will definitely use them.
